This page allows to request tax clearance certificates for the current taxpayer and search for, view and download the tax clearance requests that have been already submitted.
To request tax clearance certificate from ZIMRA authorities (manually completed of system-generated), click upon the Request for Manual Tax Clearance or Request for Automatic Tax Clearance button in the top right of the Certificate Requests web page.
Initially, the web page provides the complete list of tax clearance certificate requests submitted on behalf of the current taxpayer.
For each request, the following details are provided:
- Generation Type: For example, "Request for Tax Clearance (Manual)"
- Document Reference Number: For example, Erc06122024000014
- Status: Submitted, Verified, Approved, or Rejected
- Submission Type: From SSP, From TaRMS, System
- Submission Date: for example, "01/15/2021"
To search for a tax clearance certificate request, specify any of the above-listed parameters.
Enter one or more search criteria and click Search. The found data (if any) will be displayed in the search results table. To remove the specified criteria and start a new search, click Reset.

To view the tax clearance certificate request, in the corresponding row of the search results table, click the View (
) icon. The certificate request will be opened in "Read Only" mode.
To download the PDF copy of the request, in the corresponding row of the search results table, click the Download PDF (
) icon.
